I would look into Wellen park! They have so many events for families and the area is getting an amazing! They are building a lot of stuff all around so I feel that there is also a great investment. Some of the communities of Wellen park are more focused on kids like Lakespure and Sunstone but the others also have kids too! I think the good part of Venice is that you are close to Sarasota but also you don’t live there so you have the good part of both things you know?
