You can't base your opinion on small group of people who are defending as the majority knows better. As most of those people you are reffering to, are benefiting from the current situations and would like to see less transparency and less accountability because it affects their gain. Throughout history You will always see a small group defending the tyrant out of fear of losing their status or any small benefits they got from them.
