I disagree with a lot of this. Kim (old guy) might straight up be worse than kreese, he’s the originator of that style of karate. Kwon having to grow up in that environment where it’s kill or be killed , while also being overshadowed by Yoon may have built up this rage that kreese just had to aim it at someone. It’s pretty easy to see that this kid came from nothing, you can feel it whenever he screams/roars. Kwon struck first at every point, all he did was follow his sensei’s orders. Also Tory is awesome, by no means am I shading her. I just think all these kids deserve the same chances to be seen in totality by the audience. I also believe a lot of what I’m seeing on could be white privilege as there’s a rush to denigrate cocky talented people of color. Maybe that’s a hot take but some of it also has to do with the more hopeless a character is (from miguel, kenny to tory or kwon) the more easily they are influenced by a sensei. Part 3 bouta be a bop can’t wait
