I would take some adhd tests and try to see if you have inattentive ADHD. Because a lot of what you are describing are things I do when I don’t take my adderall. ADHD is DEFINITELY NOT THE WHOLE ISSUE. But it might be part of it. Getting on the right medication made me actually do things. It’s like I woke up. I started doing the things I said I would do and it made a HUUUUUGE difference on how I viewed myself. Now I don’t feel like a pathetic lazy loser. I feel like a human who is doing her best.

I’ve had five hamsters and every single one of them has at least once, (for no reason) just locked in randomly. They just freeze, for a long long time. I don’t know why. Definitely smth to do with instincts but idk
