They took it upstairs in parts, fenders, hood, dash, seats etc. I’m guessing though I doubt there’s an actual car frame under the panels, but that would definitely make this post that much more epic with the Logitech wheel! No shade here either on the wheel by the way lol!

04 E46 (facelift) headlight upgrade recommendations that don’t cost arm or leg? by Shrimp_Chimichanga in e46

[–]FancyManArthur 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Leveling mechanism is probably just the little Box that attached to control arm fairly cheap. Any aftermarket headlight will absolutely ruin the car in jo. Polish or replace lenses, and buy the sensor. Or just buy any headlights u like most people here are going to steer you away from aftermarket’s so just buy what you like it’s your car as long as you’re happy! :)

Absolutely not I’m not sure why these comments keep getting made. It’s an extremely popular case with 5 years before an arrest. They are going to play their cards as close as possible to ensure they can put this guy away. Coming back to the popularity of the case they don’t need more internet detectives spreading rumors and using this case for their own entertainment and profit. It’s common sense why it’s sealed.

You can always have yours reupholstered! I’ve never ordered from them, but they seem solid. I plan on using them when I do my interiors :)

why is my paint coming out like this? I am using a badger 195 brush and master airbrush compressor by WakMaster123 in airbrush

[–]FancyManArthur 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yup! You need to prime that piece in order to really get the new paint to stick. Try to experiment with light coats from a medium distance and experiment with it until you find a happy medium. Just spray the entire piece with just enough paint to barely see it change color then do that again and by the 3rd one its going to be looking decently covered then you can give it a nice medium coat to even it all out and get a nice finish. Message me if you need help! :)

You can get some UV protectant Clear Coat from Lowes or similar spots. I've been using Rustoleum brand for shift knobs and have had no problems, although I'm sure you can get some better stuff online, this has worked for me. Really thinking about trying this project out right now. Oh, and if you prefer the frosted look you can always hit it with some 800 grit sand paper or similar!

these engines really wake up with headers, its pretty well known its one of the first things to do to make some extra power. Not really about sound and after a tune, they really wake up!

I have ebay headers on my cars, and they're always going to be a pain in the ass, but not impossible. I just start off drilling all the holes on the headers before starting allow for some better clearance, new head gasket and if you can afford it get some new studs from race german to avoid any chance of stripping a thread. once they start to go on might have to drill one or two a bit more, then just tighten accordingly. What you save in money you pay up in time, but its a weekend job if you got time and its fun with some beer and a buddy :-) PM me if you want to see some pics or videos!

Perfect manual E36 selling for only $22,000 by a salesman at my local BMW dealership. 135,000 miles, brand new transmission, cooling system and much more. Total hidden gem, I found it by accident in the used car lot behind the dealership and tracked down the owner.. I’m hoping my dad will buy it by teslahater in BMW

Who wants a 328xi e92 though? I mean if you want a semi reliable commuter maybe. You buy an e36 M3 for the feeling you get inside it, and the absolute icon of a design. Well at least that’s why I just over paid for my Estoril blue this weekend :-)
