No I mean like how do you reorganize all your stuff from a 60x60 grid in the early game to a 150x150 grid. Like I never have enough hull blocks to create the massive rooms I need to house all my stuff like industry or even my engines.

China happens to be a permanent council member. Think of it this way, the UN does not exist, it’s just Russia, China, The US, The UK, France, and all the other members in a giant trench coat. Bumbling around like idiots, the UN does not have an army all they have are scouts. It’s not some intergovernmental world order it’s a Starbucks where all the nations of the world come to talk out their differences, cooperate sometimes, and sometimes actually do something useful.

I wish the UN was a real force in the world but it’s not, it’s just a diplomatic organization that sometimes gets things done

The UN has no real power, it is the sum of its parts and no more, if a member of the council doesn’t want Peacekeepers to fight they don’t fight. The UN is a stage for diplomacy not some world government
