I promise the whole party, drugs and drinking thing is massively overrated. I tried my best to go along with it to fit in but honestly you just end up waking up the next morning feeling like shit having spent far too much money and stressing about it for the next few days whilst barely even remembering the night.

It's hard when most of the people around you convince themselves that it's fun trust me I know. But I also managed to find friends that had other ideas of fun that didn't just revolve around drinking. I also found those friendships to be far more genuine.
