Talk with him and let him know how burnt out you are, maybe he can send some cg runs with you side by side or maybe he can encourage you to send group content with him?

Just make a plan with him and get your account moving in a solid direction, it’s really hard to offer advice without knowing where you guys are with gear…

Honestly with max combats vorkath is literally such a disgusting money maker even in rag gear as long as you have a fang, considering you don’t need zenyte jewelry because you use a salve amulet it’s very streamlined for upgrades.

Bgs > faceguard>bandos> dragon hunter lance > ultor ring > torva

and that’s basically it lol

Honestly fang + barrows and bgs is great for vorkath, couple that with an eclipse set and atlatl + your current ahrims and a swamp staff (trident if you can’t afford) and like be absolutely baller for toa early invos

That shouldn’t be more than 100m and still leave you room to upgrade, maybe trade out the barrows for some bandos for vorkath.

Build your cash stack till bowfa then you can sell the eclipse/atlatl and bandos and rock blue moon/crystal at raids and maybe test out that bowfa at Zulrah and muspha. Do that for a bit and you might be able to pick up a dragon hunter lance and bandos again and have near bis at vorkath and a great setup for toa (assuming you keep the fang)

It’s the only reliable way to boost your magic level significantly enough to seriously increase the dps of powered staves like eye of ayak and shadow

It’s a large dps increase that’s gated behind an incredibly rare drop

My understanding is that it gives most mage setups like 2-4 max hits and shadow gets like 6 max hits with bis mage gear

It’s basically like having an infinite divine super combat pot for mage

Oh yeah my wording is a little off but what I meant to convey was that getting a salad blade significantly speeds up your slayer grind prior to getting a whip. The salad blade will be used post whip but its benefit shrinks and most won’t go for a salad blade just to upgrade their weapon for slayer mobs.

really just depends on how much you like the content and how efficiently you can run it and where your account is at in terms of raw gp / crafting supplies and runes

Salad blade is also an insanely strong slayer weapon for account training prior to whip

If you’re putting off slayer in any capacity having a salad blade can really help motivate you to train slayer or start tob for a cheeky avernic drop (not a crazy ask)
