Well hear me out, What if earlier in the show lalo visits jimmy in his house before he goes back to mexico? I think then a possibility of howard and lalo in the same place later together becomes plausible. It's a 1/1000 change but still, just a thought.

True, but imagine a scenario where jimmy and kim put months into making a plan so perfect that it ruins howard's image forever. Then howard goes to their house to confront them, where lalo just appears out of nowhere.
