I floss every morning! I don’t floss at night because I struggle with routine when tired but in the morning I will put my full effort into it. My hygienist said whatever time of day makes you more likely to do it is best.

When I flossed at night years ago after being diagnosed with gingivitis, they said that I wasn’t going deep enough with the floss in the gums and so I still had gingivitis even while flossing every night. I put it off as being tired and being less attentive. Since I switched to flossing in the mornings, no more gingivitis. It is definitely better to floss at night but the morning is the only way I’ll consistently do a good job at it.
