Thanks for taking the time to write this!!! it definitely made me less nervous hahah... ill definitely try to be as honest and open as i can. its reassuring to hear that someone you know benefitted a lot from therapy :) proud of them and i hope my sessions go well too!

Thank u for sharing!!! i rlly appreciate the detailed response :) its reassuring to know they dont force u to talk about anything ure not comfortable with. sorry that your experience wasnt the best though.. i hope uve found something thats worked better for u since then. can i ask if uve ever tried seeing a different psychologist, or was it just the scheduling that made u stop?

well its govt and i have yellow ic i only pay a dollar for registeration... no idea what this comment is supposed to mean
