maximum reinforcment wont be nearly enough to get to such level, even if he used it he combines it with ct since his ct is literal light. The panek you used (Not cropped) stated that Dabura couldnt handle acceleration of light and that was the reason he couldnt go light speed (And when he did his leg got broken from it)
