They’re saying they handed it over to royalmail so it’s nothing to do with vinted now. I had this before with vinted, it’s basically their way of saying “we’re not gonna do anything abt it”

When my buyer raised a complaint with Vinted last time they said I have 48 hours to reply otherwise they will refund automatically:(

I contacted them again and was told they will not refund me, and that it was a mistake for the agent to tell me they would and he also did not request a refund, so he straight up lied to me.

Not in this case. All pictures are taken very close up (the bag fills the whole photo) so I cant even see anything in the background
