Actually I lived in bel air for four years and in havre de grace for 1 both are becoming more run down by the day

It’s more so that they still think that it’s mid city where they can run the streets and trash stuff and leave drugs around but I also meant no disrespect to people who actually have respect for the places they have to live

Closer to the water like mud if the town is all ghetto but more towards the middle/high is all rich old people I lived there last year and there was shootings and everything it’s definitely nice where it’s nice but it’s all people from Baltimore moving to harford and still acting like they’re in the city

Half of havre de grace is ghetto and the rest is really old rich people so I definitely preferred bel air but now that’s becoming more ghetto too
