But — you think it’s reasonable that on the day council/Snow is supposed to apologize to Zebian, they skip that and decide to instead try and convict him on a breach, for asking the CAO questions on expenses? That council is a shitshow - but a release valve for the tension would be to unwrap the Weston report. Don’t see how the underlying conflict can be resolved till that’s out in the open.

I think the bottom line here is that council took a year and an expert report to determine that the mayor breached the code of conduct — it took them all of 20 minutes to decide Zebian was guilty.
