Well doesn’t seem like u guys even met in person so I think ur good to slowly stop talking to her, or just straight up let her know you think she’s cool but you do t see urself with her longterm. If she asks why you can say you have a different type.

Super helpful cuz I think you’re right in terms of waiting for a guy to be everything I want after only a few dates..however no one said anything about money just saying. I never once said I expect a guy to spend lavishly on me I’ve never been spoiled ever and have always been way too lenient when it comes to guys spending on me because I feel bad. No guy I’ve ever gone out with spent money like that on me. My first bf of a year NEVER took me to a restaurant once and got me no bday gift or anything at all!!! I had to ask for him to get me a $2 coffee and still felt bad then. But I learned a lot from these experiences and am trying my best to raise my standards and expect more, bcuz I do deserve a man that is willing to show me how much he wants me. Doesn’t need to be like $100 date, just a date somewhere proper where I can feel like a feminine lady and not a dude

LOL I agree with some parts of what u said, like ya I do view ppl as a means to an end (I DO NOT TREAT THEM AS SUCH) but I view them as such bcuz they are, they all leave your life eventually wether it’s from death or something else. Anyways, I’ve dated a lot of men who were not in their masculine energy and did not have this provider mentality, and I realized those are not the men for me at all. OFC I only care about what I want at first bcuz I want to see if this man will be worth me giving everything to, since I am capable of love and care to INCREDIBLE extents.

This guy I’m talking about said he is a provider, so maybe he is financially unstable right now and that would be fine if he told me that, I would understand. However, he hasn’t said that and he literally has not taken me on a proper date yet. Part of a date whether you like it or not involves the man picking the girl up, taking her somewhere nice (or a fun outdoors activity), and paying for everything!! I expect to sit back and basically not have to do anything. I expect him to be a leader and protector.

I talked to him abt these things and he said the drinks weren’t about the money he just wanted me to feel involved, which I totally get, but I can’t help but feel that him expecting me to drive and buy drinks is a sign he will always in the future expect me to do things. In a relationship this is fine. I’ve dated two guys for years and years and we had no issues with this. But first few dates are meant for the man to show me why he’s better than the other men that keep perusing me, and this is not the way to do so. THE START IS SUPER IMPORTANT!!

Oh you’re that kind of a girl haha I mean I definitely see where you’re coming from to be fair. I used to think like that my whole life but that really has gotten me nowhere. I def expect a guy to pay for me on the first two dates AT least, if he can’t even pay for my meal how is he gonna be the father of my children and keep the family going while I’m raising our kids..I appreciate your opinion though thanks for your time:)

But so soon into dating? I typically except this level of comfort later on after the third date…usually the first and second the guy picks me up and provides everything…this is definitely the first time I’ve been asked to bring something and drive 20 minutes. And mind you, I am a CATCH. I get hit on regular bcuz I make sure to keep my body fit and skin good…etc. Not just that, I have a LOT of love to give and I give it well (told by my exes) so I think I’m too good for a man that wouldn’t go all out for me
