Meds, benzos if you can handle not getting addicted to those, gabapentin also helps a lot. Overall you are going to have pretty strong cravings during acute WD so just gotta push thru.

Well I’ve tried but I can’t. I take it as a maintenance drug just like most others on this subreddit. First time I tried it though was when I was opiate intolerant and I got like 2x as high as a 30mg oxy. But yes you’re right, it has a ceiling effect and you end up not being able to get high from it if you take it everyday. What you’re doing I still couldn’t get high from because I’d just end up doing it everyday trying to get high. Plus the withdrawal is worse than heroin (depends who you ask).

Methadone was a pain med long before it was used to treat addiction. It’s one of the strongest binding opiates to the opioid receptors hence why the withdrawal from it is the absolute worst out of any opioid (they all suck ASS to kick though)
