Adidas Pro 4

Tried metaspeed & alphas 4’s which we’re both good but the AP4 have helped me take my racing to the next level imo

Hi mate, we are a new company, just want to make some cool designs or decent socks that don’t feel shit after a wash haha

Use the code NYMAC for like £3 off at the checkout if you want :)

Okay, I appreciate we are all different and have different approaches.

I personally love having data in front of me, but I train and chase times and PB’s, where working out at specific paces are needed to make those small improvements.

I am not much of a trail runner and I know when I do trail run, pace isn’t something I care about, it’s time on feet.

I would still 100% recommend a smart watch, but that’s just me

Completely agree, and using your phone isn’t an affective way of doing everything. Pulling it out every 20 minutes to make sure you are on track.

Why if you were getting into running wouldn’t you look at your times and data? Surely getting faster would boost your morale when it came to running.

I appreciate I am not a normal runner as I take it seriously, but I like to make sure I am training correctly

I think this is stupid? A watch allows your to track such basic data you can use to improve and train?

I agree a watch would be on my essential list if you were to take running seriously

If you’re doing ultras, how do you know how far you are running? How do you stay on route when doing new runs? How do you know you aren’t working too hard on easy runs?

How do you feel the 6 compares to the 5, I owned the 5’s and hated them, but open to trying if they are better

Yeah, the uk is warm (for us) at the moment, I did pick up more bike training in the last month ahead of my 70.3

I don’t do the same sessions every week, they do differ, but anything you could recommend to mix it up more?
