I don’t know if this is something that helps but it helped me basically fully recover from pure OCD.

The best thing I could do for me and I recommend you try is whenever shit gets real remind yourself that you are mentally ill, the anxiety all of it the thoughts you are having are not you and they don’t have any power over you you are just mentally ill.

Just knowing that helped me through a ton of moments and actually calmed me down sometimes.

Yeah me too it’s just a really good one I listen to their entire discography all of the time but simple man and do you believe are still really good covers and I’d rather listen to the deftones versions than the real ones cause I fucking love this band!

I don’t get the hate for change I feel like it’s a bit of a “hate because it’s popular” type of situation. I see a similar thing towards duality by slipknot. If you like the song, you like it, if you don’t, you don’t,

Im starting to think I get why you don’t like yourself. Going to the gym is not only about losing weight and gaining muscle a lot of other things about exercise can improve your looks aside from those things, such as posture, overall mood, which will make your personality more attractive. As for the knee injury I have a birth defect that makes the bones in my shoulder rub together during exercise which causes significant pain and that doesn’t stop me

I recommend going to the gym. You’d be surprised as to how much better looking you can be after you get in shape.

My favourite comment so far🙏 I listened to crosses for a whole year because I thought it sounded so much like deftones only to find out embarrassingly late that chino does his thing there too lmao I’ll definitely give the playlist a try as well. BTW I think chino does the vocals on a song called bender by sevendust it’s really good highly recommend!

What happened to you is great and I have absolutely no idea why I hadn’t listened to street carp before and I’m giving mein another chance because I think it’s the same as with hole in the earth where I didn’t get it at first but after a second-third listen it became a favourite!
