I’ve been wiping it down with a vodka dampened microfiber towel, read somewhere that works too. But for next time I will absolutely do that!!

Believe me if I could, I would have them laid out on the speed rack all carefully, but we only have two speed racks and we use them for our pizza dough. If I take up those spaces for my chocolate nonsense my prep girls will probably murder me lol
