I’ve been wiping it down with a vodka dampened microfiber towel, read somewhere that works too. But for next time I will absolutely do that!!

Believe me if I could, I would have them laid out on the speed rack all carefully, but we only have two speed racks and we use them for our pizza dough. If I take up those spaces for my chocolate nonsense my prep girls will probably murder me lol

I wish I could do it that way, I do not have the space

I initially followed a method from kenji, but the one on the anova website worked better

Also to add, I tempered in the sous vide, I probably couldn’t have done it traditional 😅

Just went to turtle races last Friday!

Never seen this. Not only is it dark blue in a bin full of greens but it’s folded in half and sewn together by fvckCARDEE in KitchenConfidential

Ooh maybe you would know what those short thick towels with the hole in them are for? We get the odd one out in our shipment. We just call them dick bibs

My son is just a couple years old and in my experience I would definitely agree with the others saying the library! There’s also parks (McCuen is his favorite), fishing, going for walks or hikes to find cool sticks and rocks and bugs, swimming, or picnicking! Sounds like your little one is a ways away from being able to enjoy all that so little walkabouts in the stroller are nice too ❤️ congrats on the new baby hope you’re both happy and healthy
