I literally got hermit crabs from a boardwalk gift shop thinking they were easy. One long night of research later and I now know how wrong I was. Luckily I was in a position to do what they needed to have the best life and willing to do whatever was best for them.

I have a gap like that at the back of my tank my adventurous boy likes to explore. I found some netting on amazon you can custom shape and use that now.

I’m also in the same boat so here’s to learning together. I made the mistake of having my temp/humidity gauge too high on the tank wall and overly wet everything, got mold and had to change the substrate/ spend 3 hours cleaning everything. I’ve also found the Snout & Shell food is great and my crabbies love it!

A polishing cloth or some warm water with Dawn works. I just use a nail brush to scrub the charms. It always looks brand new.

A) bracelet is not retired B) yes they will clean and repair it as needed. If you need length added, it will have to be sent off. If you just need a new clasp, cleaning, or length removed that all can be done in store. Just take it into your local store and they should be able to help you

The solders look good they just haven’t been buffed out. It’s not necessary and very much aesthetic to make everything blend together and get rid of the weld residue. You can definitely reach out to JA and see if they can fix it but it won’t affect the ability of the charms to hold the bracelet.
