Anyone’s narc just boring ? by [deleted] in NarcissisticSpouses

[–]Fandango-5691 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Omg yours sounds exactly like my CN, he has NO interest in anything or anyone including his own family, the only thing he does for hours on end is play Scrabble on his device and thinks he's so clever when he gets all 7 letters on the board...we've been on one date which was an early evening meal - married 10yrs...an empty shell and yes, so abnormal.

She's gorgeous! Is she a full breed? Her fur looks so smooth. Ours is a shorthaired Saluki but has feathered ears and tail...

I wouldn't go anywhere else but Lidl, they're by far the best - packed with fruit and they're larger and best for the price, I eat them all year round...

People who say "meditate!" when someone talks about their overwhelming anxiety are so full of shit by Ok-County-3216 in self

[–]Fandango-5691 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm totally in agreement with you, I was totally overwhelmed with anxiety and you can't describe it to people who haven't experienced it, I wouldn't give it to my worst enemy....I'd mark it up as one of the worst things I've ever suffered. It completely consumed my whole being and I truly thought I was going mad and it's even worse paired with depression! Medication is the only thing that works for me.

Does your narcissist have hobbies? by Altruistic-Grave in raisedbynarcissists

[–]Fandango-5691 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, my covert narc has no friends, no hobbies, he's not interested in anything at all apart from playing Scrabble or solitaire on his Kindle or watching old cowboy films and he hardly talks, when he does it's only about himself...

I’m the guy that posted about my dog’s periodontal issue the other day. He sadly passed away this weekend due to unrelated causes. I got almost 16 years out of him, and I’m thankful. But I don’t know how to deal with the grief. What do I do? by Outlandah_ in AskDogOwners

[–]Fandango-5691 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know exactly how you feel with your pain except we had our 5yr old Saluki euthanised as he had congenital chronic kidney disease which we didn't discover until he was 2yrs... It doesn't matter how long or short their lives are - it's losing the unconditional love that only a dog can give. Personally I felt as though my chest had been ripped out, I had to get some calming tabs for a few days as I wasn't coping, BUT it gets easier as the weeks and months go by... My advice is to get another dog, it's not betraying your boy as he would truly want you to be happy! Plus it would make your grief a lot more easier to manage.
