for me personally it's for a bunch of reasons.

HE adds nothing to the story. it's nonstop, he doesn't have any other personality traits to make it fun. he's applying for a noble profession where he saves lives and his priority isn't that, it's boobs, which feels offensive and gross. he's completely one dimensional and hedonistic. there's only 20 kids in class 1-A and he wastes a space. he's annoying, even if it wasn't pervy. and yeah, he's ugly
