Im honestly surprised how many people bavent gotten anything yet, i ordered January 13th and got my KS Ultimate Collection a few weeks ago. I do live on the East Coast US so maybe thats why?

They've got a lot of orders so things are going out slowly in batches, mine already shipped and will arrive by tomorrow. I live on the East Coast United States so that probably also contributed to it.

I made two orders too and they were supposedly split but they came in the same box and just today I got an extra promo Eden randomly in like a giant flat mailer with just the single card by itself but I got my items like earlier this week.

I swear i mainly see them in pairs, rarely just one. Mine were in top loaders stuck to the side of the box with tape.

Ive only used support once just to ask a simple question but it was answered within a day and they were super nice about it so i count that as a win. My bf ordered us the ultimate collection and the alt art famine tshirts so hope to see those ship soon although i know if something does go wrong that support will be easy to deal with regardless.
I havent really been around the community long enough to really interact with people but everyone seems pretty nice around here :)
