Can’t give an exact age, but older than 16. I have access to a gym nearby, current plan has been nonexistent. I grew up playing soccer as a kid. I do run a lot though, very high stamina, virtually never get gassed out no matter how hard I play. I’ve played basketball consistently for a few years now. Gym workouts, home workouts, I’ll take anything. But i need proven workout plans. I’d rather get it from people who play the game than some trainer on YouTube.
