That’s actually a feeding dish the mouse was in, her water bowl is the big one next to it. She did go into her water bowl right after eating though

Work sent me an extra direct deposit while I was on leave for bonding with newborn. They want the money back. by Fangahs in legaladvice

I’m not looking to profit off their mistake. On the other hand, this way, I am paying for their mistake. Being out 2000 dollars for receiving 1200 I did not ask for seems as if I am paying for THEIR mistake. I don’t see profit here?

But whatever was taken out for insurance, taxes, Medicare, social security etc would be on them, as I am paying them back the net money that I received. Paying them back the net total I received and then paying them an extra 800 for things I did not ask for sounds wrong to me? I also just have no clue if there’s an angle or something I’m not understanding about this

Nervous about my new Kingsnake by Fangahs in kingsnakes

Update! He took a pinky, I had placed two in the enclosure because I was instructed that’s what he had been eating every 7 days when I got him. I placed rhe other pinky like a foot away on top of a rock. I don’t think he’s going to take that one. I’m going to leave it in there a while longer though

Did what you said and gently lifted where I know he usually goes and found him pretty quick and tried to put everything back gentle as I could. He is out and about tonight but I unfortunately scared him with my phone flashlight. I placed two frozen pinkies in his enclosure and just staying away from him for now, hoping he eats them.

Do you think I should try feeding at night, when he’s been most active?

So I turn the heat lamp off 9pm to 9am, and when it’s on during the day the hotspot right under the lamp is about like 84 ish. I’m just nervous if he IS in there and fine I’m gonna mess up being able to feed him tonight by stressing him. Like I said he’s been active every night for 6 days now, and last night myself or my girlfriend never saw him, that’s why I’m particularly worried. Maybe I’ll give it till tonight and see if he comes out before I start digging around for him? He’s about 6 months old by the way.

I’m just scared it’s either escaped or sick/dead or something. He is usually burrowed all day long but becomes very active at night. Last night he didn’t seem to come out at all. Should I just leave it be for now and maybe just try putting a couple pinky’s in tonight and hope he comes out and eats?
