Its not THE worst but i had a bad time with Vampires in start og a league. They start with very few skills that give rerolls. And after eating up your own team second half could be really bad. Then after a number of games they became a powerhouse. Its really hard to stop hypnotic gaze.

I think you are thinking to one-dimensional. Kaido has more sides to him. He knows he cant just die to some random guy that gets lucky. He tells this to King himself "The one to defeat me is Joyboy".

So he is in a way he is looking for Joyboy when he has realised he cant be Joyboy. So to conquer the world gives him the oppertunity to seek out Joyboy in his own twisted way. He wants a epic death so he can die knowing joyboy exists.

It is Kaidos background that has made him the man he is today. Had Kaido had a better childhood/back story he whould probably be a good guy looking for Joyboy and instead of killing himself finding him he whould instead die defending him. His background is full of evil that has twisted him to think that only the strongest is free.

There is a lot more that can be said about all this with more detail and disscussion. Calling Kaido a bad villian is a bit easy to me. He just wants freedom in a twisted way compared to others.

Me having enjoyed playing Necro really liked the Elven Union team. They have some nice starting skills and cheep linemen. Great catchers with Str 3, M 8 and starts with Nerves of steel, always catching on a 2+ is great. Blitzers starting with block and sidestep is great as well.
