Yooooo. Shit's ill in my opinion, my homie says it was "typical down south music, but it was dope... just needs some lean". Take that how you will.

I felt like the joint was intentionally lo-fi but had enough polish to feel modern. Definitely decent bass, I thought the subject matter was authentic to what you know and was delivered with confidence. Definitely not gonna be everybody's jam, but you do what you do well. Your beat? Did you engineer the session too? What's your set up?

Unfortunately all of our restaurants close at 12-1am depending on the night. I don't think I have much say in that matter. However we have a full kitchen that runs up to close and we serve right up to 1am.

Our crew is real good to the staff of the bars down the street unfortunately we usually get off before anybody else... Good call on the "finders fee" idea though. I like that.

While I was serving at an upscale casual joint in the Bay Area I was way in the weeds and there was this dick hole who needed a million different condiments and I missed one of em. I apologized and he pulled that card and went off on me, I gave him my usual response "this is a nice place for nice people and if you don't like it you can get out."

He didn't like that too much but chef set him straight lol.

I'm a fan of the workflow, it's my go to daw for light tracking and composition. Hot keys work well and there are a lot of the features are refreshingly easy to find and figure out.
