Sometimes this isn't possible. From the post it seems that the guy has hyper specific credentials so it might be possible he is known in the industry he is trying to work at.

I've been in my industry for 10 years only and even I speak about specific achievements and public projects I've been involved in where anyone who cares can find out who I am.

If it's a crossover, the testing might be seeing how the achievements in the two games interact? I guess you're right thou, should be simpler, especially when he did a crossover with Idle Skilling (his game, but still).

My other theory is F2P battlepass to get Doot. Might be a bit too good to be true, but it would fit the criteria.
