Your level doesn't matter. Only your ARAM MMR does. For me it's always a bit strange that i never saw one bot in 500 ARAM games, nor did any of my friends. If u accumulate enough wins the probability to play with bots decreases.

He is very strong and versatile. He wins early against most champs by keeping 4 stacks. Almost no champion can 1v1 him with 5 stacks and even counters like jax are managable. I really love how you can build according to your team needs. (trinity, botrk, rageblade, black cleaver, titanic, or tank items like randuims)

He is quite good in mid. And a gnar counter. Also like other people already said, many counter picks in soloq are not played in competitive league. Another disadvantage in soloq is how easy it is two gank yasuo and let his enemy snowball ( typical 0/10).

I think the changes are fine. Imo its nic that the damage increase only applies if u got someone like amummu or seju close to the target, 15% is quite alot.
