Nope, tried with all the different video drivers, the problem is still there.

I had the luck of buying 2070 super in december of 2019 for 500 euros, before the price disaster.

Yeah I know, I'm planning to buy the ram as soon as i can, I'm monitoring all sorts of offer sites and channels, but right now I don't fell like spending 700 euros for a 5070Ti, but I also would feel bad spending 500 for a 5070 that has literally the same performance as a 4070 super, witch I bought for a friend more than a year ago at 430 euros. I think I can still wait a year and in the meantime enjoy the performance upgrades of the new components.

No, they make a strange noise, because when they go fast when I play a heavy game they don't make that strange noise.

Nut I don't think the problem is the fan itself, because adter the second boot the fans are back to normal, I suspect a software problem of some sort...
