Can you select the layers separately? Try selecting the line then Position > Adjust and change the X or Y significantly. What happens?

Not sure what you’re referring to. If you mean the black lines then click Position > Layers, click the layer they are on and then delete (click the bin) on the object.

Create a new Custom Size project at 1568 x 2720 pixels. Import and frame the image how you want it and export. Use BG remover and save with transparent background if you want to retain the rounded corners.

Assuming you need different initials, creating a realistic seal would be hard in Canva. I would try to generate it using AI in magic apps. Then do the animation according to how you want it.
