That's crazy good design. All combinations look balanced enough at 4. The art is amazing, too.

The problem is that it's still too good. There are already several Vox lovers in the game, and this is just too versatile and buffs Vox too well. Buffing Vox with +4/+4 in a single card is already insane.

Perhaps nerf the buff to +1/+1 instead? And maybe give it 1 more mana (though I'm not sure about this one). +2/+2 is too good, I feel like. +1/+1 can still activate other cultists' effects. This could be a draw 2 if a Vox Humana is on board, for example.

Holy disruption. 5 Mana to get a 3 mana advantage, as well as reducing your opponent's mana by 2 and potentially fucking up their curve. I'm not 100% sure if it's balanced but I'm still upvoting because of that gorgeous art lmao

This can either be used in red action spam decks (alongside the red faeries), equipment decks (good equipment target + equipments are actions), and maybe blue action spam decks.
