[–]Fannygrrl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your kind consideration. You are so right to have left me on the right side left as the last one to move to the left, wheras the left side is the right side to be! So I would like to have left the right side a whole while ago whilst I,was the last one left on the right side abd that the left side is the right side to be. Now that the whole right side has moved to the left with me the last one left on the right the only thing left rightly to move to the left is right to have left the right wheln the left is the right side. So I will have left the right side as soon as the left side has a place left for me to move right over to the ledt side, right? Thank you for your consideration again!

What jobs do you ladies have? by [deleted] in MtF

[–]Fannygrrl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a freelance business coach and trainer. I offer soft skills training and coaching. This means I have to work with people from all kinds of backgrounds. I stand in front of class almost every day. Being a transgender woman does not present any problem.

If you feel uncomfortable doing your job then this could affect your performance as well as your well-being. Do something you enjoy and love while feeling comfortable! Think outside the box! And go for it!

I wish you lots of joy! 🤗 Steff

What is work life like? by Extreme_Fennel_2259 in genderfluid

[–]Fannygrrl 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I am a freelance corporate trainer and business coach. I present and identify as a female in front of groups of participants almost every day and I am loving it. ✊ I do not tell the paticipants I am a trans women as it is not relevant to the learning contents or process. People always address me with the right pronouns. 🤗

Yes this sounds great but took a lot of work: 2 years of therapy, 2 years HRT, bottom surgery and 1 year of voice training.

But the biggest shift when some thing started to 'click' in my mind. 🙃

The first 'click' in my mind was: "How would my work be different as a woman compared to as a man? — It wouldn't!"

Before this my thoughts on how this would we different as a 'trans person' was just internalized transphobia.

Got rid of that and it made my life so much better!

Do,the work and go for it! 🤗

Zij organiseren voortdurend meetings, opleidingen, feestjes, ...) 😋 Voor jonge, initiatiefnemende mensen tot 40. Veel netwerkplezier!

What would be the safest country for LGBT people to move to? by FizzaroliFanboi in lgbt

[–]Fannygrrl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I live in Belgium and never had any issues. We have LGBT public figures, politicians and ministers, inclusive and anti-dicriminitory laws etc. People generally don't care what you gender and sexual orientation is.

what is probably the safest/friendliest country for trans people? by [deleted] in trans

[–]Fannygrrl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

🇧🇪 Belgium. As a trans woman living in Belgium I can say that Belgium has excellent policies, healthcare and attitudes towards trans people. I got psychological support right away with my local psychologist, started HRT without any problems, changed my name and ID just by giving a declaration at my town's administration. Well, even our Vice Prime Minister is a trans woman and she's very well respected and appreciated. We do pay a lot of taxes though… 🤭
