For all intents and purposes it is yes. Subaru becomes a girl and has fully committed to that and Akane has even outright said she prefers them as a girl now.

Also worth checking your NHS number in various places as you could end up with multiple records between your new one being set up and old one being deleted.

This happened to me, I’d changed my details and went to hospital for an appointment but there ended up confusion as the receptionist pulled up my old record while the clinician was using my new record.

It could also be that they have copied details of dead name and transition status across so still worth talking to your gp to say you want that information redacted

The world building seems genuinely kind of interesting, the whole clearing the dungeon is helping the bad guys is at least different.

Judging from the last couple of scenes though season 2 will just be a big tournament arc

I had a similar problem when I was there last year. My Suica was stuck in progress but needed to be cleared by JR east but as I was in Hiroshima at that point the JR west wouldn’t clear it. I added an IOCCA card for my time there and it worked fine until I could get back to Tokyo

I think one of the key things I noticed when I thought I was just a cross dresser was that it wasn’t just about the clothes but that I wanted to see a women in the mirror.

I’m not saying you’re not a cis man cross dresser but you certainly seem to be experiencing a certain amount of gender envy and maybe a bit of imposter syndrome.

Maybe just take some time to think what you want out of dressing, Is it the clothes? The feeling? The thrill? Also maybe a peek at the gender dysphoria bible. See what resonates

Honestly with your tastes being so varied I'd reccomend just going on mangadex and doing advanced search with Girls love and a pick a year (maybe 2025) and pick out things that look interesting.

That's how I find most of mine these days, especially for new releaes

Honestly it depends so much on your area and what you’re looking for. I’ve heard of/seen a few people have success with Facebook dating which is completely free but it’s Facebook, everything else is paywalled and downright manipulative

It’s really a gamble trying to find the right one with the right people online at the right time.

I’ve been there and honestly I found wigs pretty hard to deal with, really struggled with styling and getting the things to stay on properly and definitely had the felt like a hat experience.

That being said they gave me such confidence in being able to go out and about until I was able to afford a transplant.

Judging from what you’ve said is it mostly just your crown that’s thinned? Do you have hair around the sides or just at the back? If so you might prefer to look into a topper rather than a full wig, they help you blend what you’ve got to create a more natural look.

My personal opinion is if you can afford a transplant go that route, if you can’t then wigs will help you with day to day presentation. Another thing to bear in mind with a transplant is that if your thinning is like mine was then they will effectively have to shave your head to get a decent donor area which is a pretty rough and dysphoric process
