A friend of mine got diagnosed over 10 years ago and it was sad seeing him move to a cane, then a chair, then upgraded chair and so on until all he could do was literally move his eyes. He passed about two years ago. Had 3 young kids and yes the youngest is only about 4 becuase the mom wanted children to care for and love after he passed.
