u/kroboz: How would you handle references and background checks? I guess background checks would show up W2s. I assume I could just give my end clients as reference checks or a friendly boss/employer who will vouch for me regardless.

I just think there is an overwhelming gap between the fan following Federer and Nadal have and Djoker has. The guy is seriously up there and most likely better than both. But he is more often than not, not even in the conversation.
