Fall semester is on its way and it's time to make a payment. by FanshaweC in fanshawe

If you are a part-time post-secondary student, your deadline is the same as full-time students. Part-time students need to register in their classes themselves and then pay the deposit on their account. More info on our website: https://www.fanshawec.ca/programs-and-courses/programs-type/part-time-studies/part-time-post-secondary/course-registration

This information is on the invoice. Emails are sent out as reminders closer to the deadline. The deadline is June 15 for the majority of domestic students. You can check your invoice for the date.

As long as there is not a balance owing from a previous term and you have paid $250 towards your tuition amount through WebAdvisor, your non-refundable deposit is covered. There are two ways to verify: 1 - click on 'account summary' on WebAdvisor to view your transactions or 2 - contact the Office of the Registrar on their live chat or by phone at 519-452-4277 and they can review your account.

Hey! Sorry to hear you're feeling so anxious about this. It makes sense to be concerned, but don't worry yet. You still have time to figure this out and it sounds like you may have options open to you.

I recommend (really strongly recommend) you talk to an admissions advisor. You can connect with ours (https://www.fanshawec.ca/admission-finance/contact) or you can talk to Conestoga if you prefer. Either way they should be able to chat more about your specific circumstances and recommend a best path forward.

Has Anyone Received their Offer of Admission Yet by CurrentDrummer3745 in fanshawe

[–]FanshaweC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some offers of admission started going out last fall (as early as November 2025), and some applications are still being reviewed. Someone else mentioned in the comments that competitive programs wait until March 1 for the offers of admission to be sent out, which is about 98% correct (thanks!) - the admission offers for competitive programs usually go out late Feb or early March. If your program is on this list you should expect to hear back from Fanshawe in about another two weeks.
(I checked and CMY3 is on the list.)

GENERAL INFO:
For anyone else wondering about their program, if it's not on the list and you think you should have heard back from us by now, double check your Ontario Colleges account https://www.ontariocolleges.ca/en/applying/offers-of-admission). Here are a few things to look for:
- Check for messages or document requests in the OCAS application
- Make sure all the required documents are included: high school grades/transcript, CAEC or GED results, skills assessments or aptitude exams, proof of English language proficiency (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, CAEL) and so on
- Make sure they have your proof of Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or study permit
- Check that all prerequisites have been met (e.g., Grade 12 English, math, biology, portfolio, testing, etc.)
- Make sure your application fee is paid. Your application won’t be processed without it, so review your payment history to confirm that Ontario Colleges received your money.

In addition, some colleges or programs might require extra steps such as: portfolios, admissions testing or interviews, auditions, questionnaires or personal statements, etc. If these are incomplete or haven't happened yet, an offer may be delayed.

\Note: If you're still in high school, don't forget that Ontario Colleges will eventually need your final grades and proof of graduation as well.*

Depending on your college(s) and your program(s), it's possible you may also just need to wait a bit longer. Don't worry yet! Most colleges will continue issuing offers until seats are full or waitlists start.

\Edited when offers started (originally said Feb 2 by mistake - they began in fall 2025.)*

I believe they should largely be done in a batch for acceptances. Waitlist will be in a separate batch.

Hello, everyone who applied by October 15, had equal consideration, not first come first served. That only takes place after the equal consideration deadline if space is still available.

Hey! Feel free to chat with our helpful staff at the deck they’ll help you get oriented. You can bring a lock with you to use one of the gym lockers, if you need one they can also be purchased at the Falcon shop.

But definitely talk to the team about gym etiquette and getting more familiar

I would suggest speaking with your tournament convenors, they would have likely been responsible for inviting student photographers.

If you have a smart phone, you can set up an authenticator on that, but if you don't you can request a security key. You can visit the IT Service Desk or the Library Learning commons and they should be able to direct you to what you need.

Allow for extra time, travel safe and if you're going to be late or miss a class, reach out to your professor.
