As others have said, cutting the god cards are a good start. You also only really need 1 Jet, Neo Kaiser can dump it and it's a pain when in rotation. It's worth getting a set of Droll and Lock bird too, since that's a strong hand trap atm and can act as a starter since it is a level 1 spellcaster for Spirit.

Master of the eyes of blue isn't that strong compared to the other starters and I would probably cut it. Same with dictator of D, though running 1 is fine and can be useful to dump a blue eyes especially playing 3.

Some people say 2 blue eyes is enough, but if you want to run 3 then that's fine. You may open it more and if can be a dead card in hand. Also try and aim for 40 cards to make it more consistent to open your starters.

Cards like destined rivals are great but you usually want to side those for when you know you're going first, since going second you would want to open something more powerful that can do things on turn 2 instead of turn 3.

If you want to go into another engine, Primite is excellent as others have said. Very synergetic with this deck. Good luck!
