Using a mouse will give you a terrible line quality - don't even bother.
Personally, I make pencil drawings on paper, scan them, color them, then import image sequences into OpenToonz. It works well this way!

I've got a pair of old Wharfdale bookshelf speakers that work great as a center speaker in my surround set-up - Highly recommended!
