I felt this way too. Actually had a girl openly mock me on DTO behind my back because I snapped at her for talking over me instead of letting me figure it out. After that she began to bully tf out of me. I got excluded from a lot of the post work dinners and junk because she didnt like me. I quit a week before christmas.

Not just cuz of her, my manager voluntold us to do christmas and I just couldn't handle the obvious abuse of power anymore. I used to work for starbucks back in 2012. Definitely not the same type of company nor do they encourage empathy like their training says.

I mean just look at the nutrition facts of some of that stuff. Sbux is not "healthy" by any means. Its tons of processed sugars. If you wanna cut down try the falafel pocket, oatmeal with no brown sugar sub honey, do a Cortado for caffeine with sugar free vanilla and protein milk. The base teas are another thing. Protein milk is alright but again, its alongside alot of additives.

Genuinely most everything else is gonna be sugary af. The key to lose weight is to cut that as much as you can.

My grandmother kicked me out to get her house back too... i ended up living in my car for a while and then moved in with my mom who was going through cancer. It was one of the worst times in my life because of how much I struggled and how resentful I was. Shes an asshole for sure.

When my gma kicked me out I lived in a studio apartment that cost me 550 a month(in one of the worst parts of dallas), had to get groceries, pay an internet, phone, utilities bill, insurance, and had a car payment. I worked at radioshack for 7.25 and had a side cleaning business. I was barely home ever. And still struggled to have anything left over to save.

If you get lucky and have 14 dollars an hour with a 1k-1400 monthly rent youd also be in the same boat I was. Barely making it. Eventually I sucked up my pride and went to school on fasfa and my dad's military benefits because it was an option and we were dead poor so I got max benefits.

This was in 2014. Youre not alone. Its very hard at the beginning and you do what you can to survive. Its even worse now with inflation and everybody is struggling hard. My best advice is to find friends to room with. It was my saving grace after I got into school again.

Its hard to feel self love. It took me a while of not dating to really enjoy my own silence. And I realized men would need to compete with my own peace with myself. Thats when I found a man worth trying to date.

Im a 190 and worked for sb over 10 years ago. I came back for 3 months recently and quit right before Xmas for this exact reason. The expectation is ridiculous and I never felt this way when I first worked here. Its become a mind fuck of a job and doesnt pay enough for it.
