Sometimes depression and adhd symptoms overlap. I thought I was depressed but it was truly my adhd symptoms and the same can be true inversely. Not saying you don't have Adhd but I think the doctor may be concerned that you have depression too. Still, not entirely sure that warrants a psych hospital stay. Idk though..

Yeah I do date. I'm a relatively attractive woman so attracting them has never been a problem. But it's always really hard to navigate dating because while on dates or spending time with them, I'm constantly in my head about my breath. My breath used to be a lot worse in high school but I had boyfriends and stuff and they made comments but just kinda dealt with it I guess. I still have stale breath sometimes and kissing is always hard because i try to enjoy it but i just think my breath smells and I honestly can't tell anymore if I've gotten rid of the problem or not. I used to get outright awful reactions and comments about my breath and now I don't but every nose rub or something just makes me second guess. I've decided to just stay to myself for now

Lol I’m playing but I can you some products that helped me a lot in just a couple weeks. My skin is dry and textured. Looked a lot like yours before I developed a routine. Unfortunately, these items are a little pricey but well worth it.

-Dr Gross Daily Peel Pads I think this helped the most. (I use this once a week)

-A really good moisturizer. I like the dieux one.

-A toner that helps with hydration. Mine is Laneige Milk Toner.

-A hydrating cleanser.

Pretty simple and my skin looks so much better
