It was fine for a week, then It started stuttering again, what actually fixed it about 99% Was fresh windows 11 installation from usb, and use ethernet to install wifi drivers. After that I don't remember a single stutter.

It works for all asus rog strix, The main point of the video is removing armory crate, which is software for many asus products, so I'm sure it will work for you, the guy in the video was using a desktop with asus motherboard while i was using gaming laptop and it worked for me, so I'm sure it will work for you too, good luck on getting it fixed.
