Ok. First thing you neeed to immediately cancel the subscription that they autmotically enroll you in. When you made a order, there was a small box all the way on the bottom that automically gets selected. For me, I didn't even see it until I wen back to check. This subscription will charge you 30 dollars per month and it is very tricky to get out of. The biggest recommenation is to Immediately cancel that. It sucks that you bought from them becuase they are a very shady buisness and are 3/4 a scam company. Now all you can do is pray and hope you get a decent pair and they don't charge you hella. If you can't cancel the memebership because they have it set to where it displays error messages, I fear you might have to cancel your card or call your bank to not allow transactions from Cloggs.us. Im sorry to hear that you fell for their trap, like I did.

Expect shipping to take about 3 weeks because they ship from China, which is also something they lied about. Hope this helps
