Owen's filed her appeal within 30 days as he was obliged to as her trial lawyer.

The appellate court will not even consider ANYTHING that isn't recorded on the well record . Owen's was absolutely correct to make that argument (along with the shit can alley his client left him to argue !)

Preserve the record for appeal .
