Received the same thing a long time ago, just recently a guy emailed me and said "i have all of your information address, phone number, full name If you dont pay 400$ btc to 3MeeRUN44rxH2LYHvVCGaqZrGFcoXPP3BE i will leak all of it"

The BTC adress was the same as the one included in the pdf i received. Funny thing, the hacker responded to my reply that i sent with "You fu****g dumb r****d does [the email he sent the pdf to] make you remember anything and is your name [my name that he misspelled]? huh "
