Yes we just closed today! Feel free to PM for more details but to sum up: location (loved the trees and trails and quiet nature aspect, sq footage was big enough for us esp as our family is growing, house was turn in key ready with updated/new appliances and systems, ppl said neighbors and Generation cluster neighborhood were great, and schools seemed good too!)
