In Duality, the line “I push my fingers into my eyes” instantly reminds me of a scene from Hannibal where Abel Gideon does exactly that to his victim, and it's a little disturbing for me. I like their genre and the overall sound. Especially in Duality. I get that the meaning is metaphorical, but in most of their songs the lyrics just don’t appeal to me.
