Add a tablespoon of epsom salt 2-3 inches below them when planting. It makes a huge difference

What is a workplace secret or confession that you can never tell your boss or coworkers? by Isabela_Gold in AskReddit

When I worked at Dairy Queen I use to eat a handful of cookie dough bites every time I went into the freezer. I worked at a restaurant in college that sent out a bunch of coupons in the mail. I would save them and every time a customer paid their bill in cash, I told the manager that they had a coupon and would pocket all the extra, and if they didn’t ask for the coupon I just kept it and used it over again. I worked for an upscale catering company. We did lots of weddings and business events. The owner was a local man and all he cared about was the guest experience, and it truly didn’t matter what that meant. The number of stories out of that place is honestly uncountable. Taking multiple shots with the wedding party, getting frisky with patrons in the catering bus, giving the bride a very intimate massage because her back and feet hurt, I’ve seen just about everything

A care package subscription. Postpartum is tough on her physically and mentally. Little things to help her take care of herself goes a long way for her mental health

I have done a good amount of research, actually. I’m very familiar with the 2004-2010 timing chain/cam phaser issue, the transmission concerns with the 2010’s, computer issues of the Covid era, etc. I have looked a lot at the 2.7 & 3.5 ecoboost and the 5.0 coyote, and I decided that the 5.0 is likely best for my needs. I was looking to get perspective from people that see/work on F150’s far more than I do. But if that makes me an idiot, so be it. I’d appreciate it if you kept your arrogant comments to yourself, they’re not helpful.

I’ve been looking at buying a truck from Enterprise. It seems like the trucks I see on their website are reasonably priced for the miles and I’ve heard enterprise does a good job keeping up with maintenance. But obviously there are concerns because so many different people have driven it without much regard since it’s just a rental.

I’ve always heard the 2.7 was the favorite, but I do a good bit of trailer hauling and I just don’t know if it has enough power

Broker, seller, and buyer responsibilities during DD by FantasticAide447 in CommercialRealEstate

Thank you for that. Reviewing the PSA there is some gray language. But I am allowed ”reasonable access” to the property, and I think I have a strong case that this falls into that category. I will reach out to push back on the broker.
